This is a critical role with a wide range of responsibilities, including:
Ensuring operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget. Managing partner and ensure timely renewal and compliance. Maintaining constant communication with management, cross-functional teams and all partners to ensure smooth operations across the organization. Ensuring organizational protocols and processes are followed. Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the team and organization's capacity. Tracking staffing requirements and helping managers with hiring new employees as needed. Working with Finance to manage revenue projections, track costs and handle necessary approval workflows. Assisting in the drafting of sales presentations for prospective partners. Skills and Qualifications We believe the right individual will have the following skills and experience in order to be successful in this role:

years of experience in an operations or related role in marketing, program management, or communications. Experience navigating a large, complex organization and enterprise-level processes is highly preferred. Detailed project planning skills managing complex cross-functional projects. Experience in managing teams in different time zones. Fluency in Korean is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with presentation tools including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Bachelors Degree preferred.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Operations ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
